Kineret ON TRACK® offers access and reimbursement information to help patients access KINERET. Kineret ON TRACK® provides information regarding patient healthcare coverage options and financial assistance that may be available to help patients with financial needs.
Kineret ON TRACK® can:
- Evaluate a patient’s insurance coverage, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, and appeal support
- Identify potential financial assistance options that may be available to help patients with financial needs
- Answer logistical questions and provide information and confirmation around the specialty pharmacy fulfillment process
- Help patients learn proper injection technique, when requested by the healthcare provider

Patient Assistance Offerings
Kineret ON TRACK® can provide information about potential programs and patient assistance options that may be available to patients. These offerings include:
- KINERET Copay Assistance Program* is for eligible patients who have commercial prescription insurance. Patients may pay as little as $0 per prescription and receive up to a maximum of $13,000 per calendar year. To have your patient evaluated for the KINERET Copay Assistance Program select if you are a Healthcare Provider or a Specialty Pharmacy.
Healthcare Provider Specialty Pharmacy - KINERET Patient Assistance Program† provides KINERET at no cost to patients who meet eligibility requirements
- KINERET QuickStart Program† provides a limited supply of KINERET, at no cost, to eligible new patients experiencing an insurance-related delay in coverage
- KINERET Bridge Program† provides a limited supply of KINERET, at no cost, to eligible patients experiencing a gap in coverage for KINERET

- Obtain all required healthcare provided (HCP) signatures

Kineret Injection Training
Kineret Injection Training
When enrolling a patient in the Kineret ON TRACK® program, you may request injection training as part of the support services. Trained Kineret ON TRACK® nurses are available to provide this training via video conference or telephone, ensuring patients receive training in a format that works best for them.
Specialty Pharmacy
Specialty Pharmacy
Kineret ON TRACK® can triage the Kineret prescription to the Kineret Specialty Pharmacy for dispensing. The Specialty Pharmacy typically mails the prescription directly to the patient.

Patient/Caregiver Consent Form
Complete this form if the patient’s signature is requested by Kineret ON TRACK®. It can either be completed online or you can download the form and fax it to 1-844-688-7624.
Patient Assistance Program
To have your patient evaluated for the Kineret Patient Assistance Program, either upload and submit the application online or download the form and fax it to 1-844-688-7624. Include all healthcare provider and patient signatures.
*In order to participate in the KINERET Copay Assistance Program (Program), a patient must have commercial prescription insurance for KINERET. The Program is not valid for patients whose prescription claims are reimbursed, in whole or in part, by any state or federal government program, including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap, Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), TRICARE, Puerto Rico Government Insurance, or any state patient or pharmaceutical assistance program. This offer is not valid for cash-paying patients. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Certain rules and restrictions apply. Sobi reserves the right to revoke, rescind, or amend this offer without notice. This Program is not insurance.
